What ProSoft® EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL™
ProSoft® Lightweight EZ Peel Loop Waterproof ECO-PUL™ Fabric (W-395) is the only waterproof PUL in Wazoodle's ProSoft line with a built-in hook-compatible loop surface — a polyurethane laminate that bonds 1 mil TPU film to an engineered loop knit base using ECO-Thermal Bonding Technology (permanent film fusion independently tested 50% stronger than competitor US-made PUL).
The loop surface mechanically engages hook fasteners (like the hook side of hook-and-loop tape), providing adjustable closures directly on the waterproof fabric without sewing separate loop tape onto the material.
Where EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL fits: At 110 GSM and 0.015" thickness, this is the lightest and thinnest waterproof PUL in the ProSoft line — lighter even than Lightweight ECO-PUL (100 GSM / 0.013") in weight class but with the added hook-compatible functionality. Choose this when your product needs adjustable hook-fastener closures built into the waterproof layer — cloth diaper covers with hook tabs, adjustable wet bags, or modular systems where components attach and detach. For standard lightweight waterproofing without hook compatibility, Lightweight ECO-PUL provides a simpler option.
The fabric shares the rated ProSoft waterproof barrier — rated at more than 100× any normal use pressure with breathability matched to resting body moisture output — plus Waterproof 300X Technology (rated integrity through 300+ wash cycles) and SilentFlex Technology (quiet, no plastic rustling). The 65% polyester / 35% polyurethane composition reflects the heavier film-to-fabric ratio in this thinner construction. 10% crosswise stretch with minimal lengthwise stretch. Requires seam sealing tape over all sewn seams.

Working With ProSoft® EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL™
ProSoft® EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL™ uses the same core PUL sewing techniques as the standard ECO-PUL line. The lightweight 110 GSM construction is easy to work with and handles well during sewing without being too flimsy.
Critical: Every needle hole through the polyurethane film permanently compromises waterproofing. Pin only in seam allowances and seal every sewn seam with heat-activated tape.
No pre-washing is required — the fabric ships cut-and-sew ready. Manufacturing odor from thermal bonding dissipates after a wash-dry cycle or 1–7 days of airing.

ProSoft® EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL™ Applications
ProSoft® EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL™ is suited to applications requiring lightweight waterproofing with integrated hook-fastener compatibility.
Cloth diaper covers are the primary application — hook tabs on reusable diaper covers engage the loop surface directly for adjustable sizing. The 110 GSM weight and 0.015" thickness keep the cover thin under clothing.
Wet bags and travel bags benefit from the lightweight foldability and waterproof lining. The hook-compatible surface enables modular bag systems where internal components attach and detach.
Incontinence products and medical underpads use the waterproof barrier with adjustable hook-fastener closures for fitted garments.

Caring for ProSoft® EZ Peel Loop ECO-PUL™
Washing
Hot water safe. Use zero-residue liquid detergent with an extra rinse cycle. Non-chlorine oxygen bleach is acceptable sparingly.
Drying
Medium heat only — never exceed 130°F (50°C).
Avoid completely
Fabric softeners (permanently destroy waterproofing), chlorine bleach (causes delamination), vinegar and baking soda (break down the laminate bond), dryer sheets.
