Wholesale at Wazoodle — No License Required

Wazoodle's wholesale program is open to everyone — no business license, tax ID, verification, or application process required. Individual consumers, hobbyists, and businesses all access identical wholesale pricing by selecting "Roll" from the Length dropdown on any product page.

Wholesale Basics

Minimum order: 1 roll of any fabric (no combined minimums, no dollar minimums)
Roll sizes: 25–125 yards per roll depending on fabric style — exact roll length shown on each product page under the Length dropdown
Discount: 30–40% off compared to per-yard retail pricing, applied automatically when "Roll" is selected
Mix freely: Order 1 roll each of different fabrics, colors, or styles in a single order

Select your desired color
Open the Length dropdown and select the "## Yards Roll" option
Price updates to wholesale roll pricing automatically
Click "Add to Cart"

Not sure which fabric to buy in bulk? Order swatches first, then 1–2 yards of retail yardage for prototyping, then commit to wholesale rolls after confirming suitability. This staged approach minimizes risk since all sales are final. See Swatches, Samples & Testing Before You Buy.

What to Expect from Factory Rolls

Wholesale rolls are unopened factory packages shipped directly from manufacturing without inspection or defect removal. This is the fundamental difference from retail yardage, where staff observe fabric during cutting and can work around defects. Wholesale pricing (30–40% off) reflects this factory-direct reality.

Normal Wholesale Roll Characteristics

Quality control testing holes: Manufacturers cut small samples (1–3 inches) at regular intervals during production to verify fabric specifications. These intentional sampling holes are spaced throughout rolls — typically 1–2 per roll. They are evidence of quality assurance, not defects
Manufacturing seams: Long production runs sometimes require joining fabric pieces. Seams are professionally finished (stitched or heat-sealed) and span the full fabric width. Typically 0–2 seams per roll
Minor defects within 10% tolerance: Slight color variations, small marks, texture irregularities, or surface imperfections may be present. Industry standards allow up to 10% of roll length to contain minor defects — this applies to all textile manufacturers worldwide, not just Wazoodle
Factory measurements under tension: Rolls are measured on equipment that stretches fabric during production winding. Actual relaxed measurements may differ from stated specifications within ±10%

Wazoodle does NOT cut out holes, seams, or defects from wholesale rolls. Removing these sections would break continuous yardage into random non-continuous pieces, reducing usability and increasing handling costs. Makers plan for 10–15% extra material to account for these normal manufacturing characteristics.

When to Contact Customer Service About Roll Quality

Defects exceed 10% of roll length (e.g., more than 5 yards in a 50-yard roll)
Major defects present: large holes (3+ inches), severe tears, missing PUL coating sections, extensive staining
Roll length is 20%+ less than stated after measuring
Wrong fabric or color received
Contact within 7 days of receiving rolls with photos and your order number: support@wazoodle.com

Wholesale rolls are bulky items and shipping costs reflect dimensional weight pricing — carriers charge based on package volume rather than actual weight when dimensional weight is higher.

Wholesale Roll Shipping Details

Dimensions vary by fabric: Roll length, diameter, and weight depend on fabric style and roll yardage — contact support@wazoodle.com with the specific fabric SKU for exact dimensions before ordering if coordinating with your own carrier
Dimensional weight impact: A 60″ wide roll may have a dimensional weight significantly higher than its actual weight (e.g., Zorb Original: 84 lbs dimensional vs. 41 lbs actual)
