Countries We Ship To

Wazoodle ships to every country except China, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. These few countries are excluded to protect Wazoodle's proprietary fabric brands — companies in these regions have historically attempted to duplicate Wazoodle's engineered fabrics and manufacture copies.

Shipping Restriction Details

Excluded countries: China, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka
Reason: Intellectual property protection for proprietary fabric technologies including Zorb, ProSoft, ProECO, and ProCool
Self-shipping: Customers are free to purchase fabric and arrange their own shipping to these regions, but Wazoodle does not provide shipping services or assistance for deliveries to excluded countries

All other countries worldwide are eligible for direct shipping from the Wazoodle warehouse in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

International Shipping Options

International orders ship via different carrier options with delivery times that begin after processing (1–3 business days). All international sales use EXW (Ex Works) incoterms — the buyer assumes responsibility for goods once they leave the Wazoodle warehouse.

FedEx: 6–10 business days — full tracking included
UPS: 6–10 business days — full tracking included
USPS: 6–21 business days — tracking included (may be limited in some countries)
International Mail Service: 6–40 business days — no tracking available — lowest cost option

International Mail Service — How It Works

International Mail Service is a low-cost consolidated shipping option offered through FedEx that trades speed for significant cost savings. Packages can take up to 40 business days and no tracking is available.

The Delivery Route

Wazoodle warehouse (Bensalem, PA): Your order is packed and consolidated
Newark, NJ: FedEx consolidates all packages destined for each country
International transit: FedEx ships the consolidated batch to your country
Your country's post office: After customs clearance, the package enters your local postal system
Local delivery: Your country's postal service delivers to your address — they may require import duty/tax payment before release

No tracking is available on Mail Service shipments. Once the package enters your country's postal system, delivery speed depends entirely on your local post office's efficiency. If you need tracking or guaranteed delivery timelines, select FedEx, UPS, or USPS instead.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost for international orders (outside USA and Canada). These charges are the recipient's responsibility and will be collected upon delivery.

What to Expect

Duties and taxes: Determined by your country's customs office based on the declared value and product category of your shipment
Collection method: Your carrier or local post office collects duties/taxes upon delivery, or may send a bill by mail
Wazoodle's role: Wazoodle charges only the product price and transportation fee — all customs charges beyond that are between you and your country's customs authority
Estimate your costs: Check with your country's customs office before ordering to determine what additional charges to expect

International Delivery Delays

Delays on international shipments are common and often outside Wazoodle's control. Once a package leaves the Wazoodle warehouse, delivery speed depends on customs processing and local postal efficiency in your country.

Common Causes of Delay

Local customs processing: Packages can be held at customs for inspection or documentation review — there is no way to expedite this other than waiting for processing to complete
Local postal service: After customs clearance, your local post office handles final delivery — efficiency varies widely by country and region
Waiting for duties/taxes payment: Your package may be held at the post office until import duties and taxes are collected — contact your local post office using your tracking number (or the US Postal Service assigned tracking number for Mail Service)

What to do if your package is delayed: Contact your local post office or customs office with your tracking details. Packages consistently arrive eventually, though sometimes with delays beyond the estimated window. For tracking issues or packages that appear lost, see Shipping Issues & Resolution.

International Distributors

Authorized distributors carry Wazoodle fabrics locally, offering faster delivery, local currency pricing, and no international shipping hassles. If a distributor serves your region, ordering through them is typically faster and more cost-effective than shipping direct from the US.
