Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Every order is custom picked, cut, and packed individually — this is not pre-packaged inventory. The warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 10am–5pm Eastern Time, from Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Registered account holders can also track order status in the Orders section of My Account.
Carriers & Estimated Delivery
Domestic delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times below begin after your order ships (add 1–3 business days for processing).
USPS Priority Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed. USPS displays "1-Day," "2-Day," or "3-Day" estimates at checkout based on ZIP codes, but these are estimates only and do not come with a money-back guarantee. From experience, a 1–3 day delay beyond the stated estimate is common. If delivery speed is critical, select FedEx or UPS.
Economy Shipping
Economy Shipping is the lowest-cost domestic option. Wazoodle selects the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) based on availability — you cannot choose a specific carrier with this option.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping costs are calculated by dimensional weight — package volume rather than actual weight determines charges when dimensional weight exceeds actual weight. This is an industry-wide carrier policy (UPS, FedEx since 2015, USPS since 2017), not a Wazoodle surcharge.
No flat rate shipping available. Due to the bulky nature of fabrics, orders may not ship in USPS Flat Rate envelopes or boxes. In rare cases, additional shipping may be required for oversized items — you will be contacted before any extra charges are applied, and can cancel for a full refund if the cost is unacceptable.
