Wazoodle offers coupon codes as rewards for customer engagement. Both programs below are available to repeat customers only — they are not applicable on first-time orders.

Using Coupon Codes

Enter your coupon code at checkout before placing your order. Coupons cannot be applied after an order is submitted — there are no exceptions to this policy.

Coupon Rules

One coupon per order: The shopping cart only accepts one active coupon code. If you enter a second code, it replaces the first — select the most advantageous code for your order
Cannot apply retroactively: If you forget to enter your code before placing the order, the coupon cannot be applied after the fact
Cannot stack with Free Gift discount: If a Free Gift item in your cart has already applied an automatic discount, the cart will not accept a second coupon code. To use your coupon instead, remove the Free Gift, apply your code, and choose whichever discount is better for you

If your coupon code isn't working, check these common causes before contacting support.

Common Issues & Solutions

Free Gift blocking your code: A Free Gift in your cart applies an automatic discount — the cart cannot accept a second code. Remove the Free Gift, apply your coupon, then decide which discount saves you more
Code expired: Check the expiration date on your coupon. Expired codes cannot be reactivated
Wholesale order: Coupon codes are not applicable on any wholesale roll orders. See Wholesale: Rolls, Pricing & What to Expect
Exclusive coupon: Some coupons only apply to select products — they will not discount items outside the eligible product list
Code from a third-party site: Coupons posted on sites like offers.com or retailmenot.com are usually expired and may not work
Code from another website: If you received a code from a source other than Wazoodle directly, contact support@wazoodle.com to verify whether it's valid

What Coupons Don't Apply To

Certain order types are excluded from coupon discounts regardless of the coupon's terms.

Coupon Exclusions

Wholesale roll orders: No coupon codes or promotional discounts apply to rolls
Bulk orders (500+ yards): Bulk pricing tiers are calculated separately — coupons do not stack with bulk discounts. See Bulk Discounts & Ordering at Scale
Cannot combine with other active discounts: Only one discount mechanism applies per order — coupon code, Free Gift discount, or sale pricing (whichever you choose)
