Placing Your Order: Checkout, Payment & What to Expect

Creating Your Account

Register a Wazoodle account before placing your first order to unlock order tracking, purchase history, and the ability to download invoices. Your account stores every order with exact SKUs and fabric names, making reordering straightforward.

Account Benefits
  • Order tracking: View real-time shipment status and tracking numbers
  • Reorder history: Access complete purchase history with SKUs for easy repeat orders
  • Invoice downloads: Download invoices from My Account → Orders → Download Invoice
  • Reward points: Earn points on purchases toward future discounts

Guest checkout is available but provides no order history access. If you've placed orders under multiple email addresses, contact support@wazoodle.com to merge accounts — all orders can be reassigned under one email.


Adding to Cart & Checkout

The ordering process follows four steps on any product page. For a guide to product page layout including tabs and dropdowns, see Navigating Product Pages: SKUs, Specs & Layout.

Select Color → Select Length → Enter Quantity → Add to Cart

Step-by-Step
  1. Select your desired color from the color options
  2. Open the Length dropdown and select your purchasing format (Swatch, Yards, or Roll)
  3. Enter the number of units in the Quantity field — for Yards, each unit = 1 yard
  4. Click "Add to Cart"
  5. Repeat for additional fabrics, then proceed to checkout

"How do I just order yards?" Select "Yards" from the Length dropdown, then enter the number of yards you need in the Quantity box. Minimum order is 1 yard — half-yard cuts are not available.

Use the Order Notes field at checkout for any special instructions regarding your order.


Payment Methods

All orders are processed in USD only — international customers will see the charge in USD on their statement, with their bank applying any currency conversion.

Bank & Alternative Payment
  • Wire Transfer: Download wire transfer account details from the payment options during checkout to initiate through your bank
  • ACH Transfer: Available for US bank accounts
  • Zelle: Available for direct bank-to-bank transfer
  • Check Payment: Contact support@wazoodle.com for check payment instructions

After You Order

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Wazoodle operates Monday through Friday, 10am–5pm Eastern Time. Every order is custom picked, cut, and packed individually.

What to Expect
  • Processing: Each fabric is hand-cut to your specified yardage and packed to order — this is not pre-packaged inventory
  • Tracking: Shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent via email once your order ships
  • Labeling: Every fabric piece is labeled with its SKU and fabric name, making future reordering easy
  • Occasional delays: Orders may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen inventory shortages or other factors — you will be notified if this affects your order

Returns & Exchanges

Wazoodle does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All fabric is custom-cut to order and cannot be resold once cut. This policy applies to all purchasing formats — swatches, yards, and rolls.

This is why swatches matter. Order a 4″ × 4″ swatch to evaluate color, hand-feel, weight, stretch, and performance before committing to larger quantities. See Swatches, Samples & Testing Before You Buy.


Common Order Questions

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, it may be possible to edit or cancel. Contact support@wazoodle.com with your order number as soon as possible — once an order ships, it cannot be modified.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
  • If your previous order has not yet shipped, place your new order and add a note: "Please combine with Order #[number] and ship together"
  • A $10 fee applies to combined orders (covers recalling and repacking from the warehouse)
  • Shipping difference is refunded as a coupon code for future orders — not as a cash refund
  • Orders placed after Tuesday 5pm EST cannot be combined with the current week's shipments
I forgot to apply my coupon code

Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed. Make sure to enter your code at checkout before completing the order.

How do I download my invoice?

Go to My Account → Orders and click the Download Invoice button next to your order. If you checked out as a guest or can't locate your order, contact support@wazoodle.com.

Sales Tax
  • United States: No sales tax charged
  • Canada: HST or GST is charged based on the final destination province — these charges cannot be removed
