When you use Wazoodle fabrics in your products, you can reference the brand names, technology names, and product information in your labels, listings, and marketing. Correct brand usage helps your customers understand that your products are made with engineered, reusable, and sustainable fabrics — manufactured in the USA and designed for long-term performance.
The guidelines below ensure you reference Wazoodle brands correctly — protecting both your business and Wazoodle's trademarks.
Understanding the Brand Hierarchy
Wazoodle's brand ecosystem has distinct levels. Knowing which level you're referencing determines the usage rules and trademark attribution required.
Always use names exactly as they appear on the product page. Do not abbreviate, rearrange, or create your own versions. "ProECO Bamboo" is not acceptable — use the full name as listed (e.g., "ProECO® Bamboo Fleece Fabric").
Using Product Specifications & Technical Data
You may use any specification, performance data, image, logo, product description, or care instruction published on a Wazoodle product page — as long as you are using that fabric in your product.
Using Technology Names on Your Products
You may reference Wazoodle technology names in your product names, labels, and descriptions — as long as you use the full name and include a trademark notice.
Using Brand Names — Simple Cases
You may use Wazoodle product brand names in your product names and descriptions when you are using that fabric in your product.
Using Brand Names — Complex Cases (Licensed Third-Party Brands)
Some Wazoodle fabrics incorporate licensed third-party brand names. These require the licensed brand name to always appear together with the Wazoodle product brand name — never alone — and require trademark notices for both brands.
The same pattern applies to all licensed brands. Any third-party brand name that appears in a Wazoodle product name must always be used together with the Wazoodle product brand — never on its own. When in doubt, use the full product name exactly as listed on the product page and include trademark notices for all brands referenced.
Brand Names & Product Info in Website Descriptions
You may use Wazoodle brand names, product names, and published product information in your website, Etsy, Amazon, or marketplace product descriptions — with proper attribution.
Verifying Your Usage Is Correct
Wazoodle strongly recommends that you submit your product listings, labels, and marketing materials for review after publishing. This protects you from unintentional trademark issues and ensures your customers receive accurate information.
